Payments

 

All projects must be paid in full before work begins.
Payments are accepted through official invoices or directly via the KashhGraphix booking system using major debit or credit cards.
Some services may also support Klarna, Afterpay, or similar payment options.

All payments are non-refundable, including cancellations or changes of mind once a project is confirmed.
If KashhGraphix must cancel your project, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

Turnaround Times

 

Most projects are completed within 7–10 business days once all required content (photos, text, inspiration, forms, etc.) has been submitted.
Weekends and holidays are not included in business days.

If materials are delayed, timelines will automatically extend.
A rush fee of $40 may apply for expedited turnaround (2–3 business days), depending on current availability.

Refunds & Cancellations

 

All design sales are final once work has started.
If the client cancels for any reason, no refund will be issued.
If KashhGraphix cancels, a partial or full refund may be granted depending on progress made.

KashhGraphix reserves the right to end any project if a client becomes disrespectful or unprofessional. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Client Responsibilities

 

Clients must submit all required materials within 7 days of booking.
Failure to do so may result in a $40 delay fee or cancellation.

If communication stops for 14–21 days, a $80 restart fee applies.
If there’s no contact for 30 days or more, the project will be closed without refund, and future bookings may be restricted.

Files & Ownership

 

Final designs are delivered in .JPG and .PNG formats.
Editable files (such as .AI or .PSD) are not included unless discussed and purchased separately.

Watermarked previews are provided for approval before final delivery.
KashhGraphix retains the right to feature completed work in portfolios or on social media unless a Copyright Transfer Agreement is signed.

Revisions

 

Each project includes up to 3 free revisions for small adjustments (color tweaks, text edits, etc.).
Additional revisions are $10 each.
Major concept or layout changes count as redesigns and require a $45 redesign fee.

Once final files are approved and delivered, any further edits will be treated as a new project.

Digital Products

All digital products — including templates, downloads, and pre-made designs — are final sale and non-refundable.
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Emergencies

 

In case of emergencies or health-related delays, KashhGraphix may pause or reschedule your project.
You will be notified promptly with a new estimated delivery date.
Minor delays may occur in rare cases, and your patience is greatly appreciated.
